What Version Are You? (Free 3.0 Software Update)

*This is for iPod Touch 2nd Gens or First Gens! (iPhone Users and iPod Touch 3G users Don't Have to worry about this)* And just another note before I start this is NOT a downgrade tutorial. (By the way most downgrades only work on iTunes 8.2 or 9 so just remember that in a future tutorial;)

What Version Are You?

Below 2.2.1: No App Store (App Store is a store that Apple has so that way you can download games and stuff like that)

3.0: The 3.0 Cost money to upgrade if you have don't read on, there is no use. If you don't have the 3.0 there is a link below that you can download it from. So here are the steps on how to get the free 3.0 update for all iPod Touch users.

#1: Find your model and the firmware 3.0 then Click On the link below and download the file onto your desk top.

#2: Plug in your iPod Touch (1st Gen or 2nd Gen)

#3: Look at the summery on your iPod Touch

#4: If you are on a Mac hold down alt (option) and click restore or if you are on a PC hold down shift and click the restore (which should be under check for update on the summery tab)

#5: Then click on the file you downloaded (Which should be on the desktop)

#6: Watch it restore!! (Done)
